Show spinner when app is loading (until it's fully offline-ready)

Situation: I have opened the application online to make sure I am logged in. Then I have closed the website. After I opened it again in the car offline using the shortcut - I could not get anywhere past the screen visible below.

We don't have enough information to test this out but I suppose the application just didn't load up fully before going offline. Right now it's hard to know when it's loaded up (judging by the screen), so we could add a clear indicator (spinner) which would inform the user that we still need internet connection.
