In Passenger view add 'Description' field.
The 'Description' field should be reflected in the report.
'Description' field in Passenger view should be mandatory.
'Description' field in Driver view should be optional.

Still valid, kind of big, need more information (and frontend migrations). We should know how these information interacts with the data regarding the drive.
