Current behavior:
When try to customize welcome message user always get default welcome message on while subscribing on page .
Expected behavior:
When try to customize welcome message user should get customize welcome message on while subscribing on page .
Reproduce steps:

  1. Login
  2. go to welcome message
  3. save new welcome message.
  4. check on messenger
    ScreenShot
    welcome
    Paper Trail:
    Paper trail is not showing logs for staging.
    sentry logs:
    There were no sentry logs
    Browser:
    chrome
    Environment:
    staging

In this issue, we are not getting response for the 'Get Started' event on Webhooks Staging.
This is working fine on Production.
