It seems like there is an issue with v0.5.0 JDBC Connector. There is no dropdown with databases list.

Tableau Desktop 2023.2.2
clickhouse-tableau-connector-jdbc v0.2.6

The Connector doesn't work with 0.5.0
Use either 0.4.6 or 0.3.2-patch11

UPDATE : simply add the databaseTerm=schema
to the Advanced --> Custom Connection Parameters:

In my case, the clickhouse-tableau-connector ver.0.2.6.taco version was compatible with clickhouse-jdbc driver ver.0.5.0, and it worked well when I added defaultSchema option parameter. Upon checking the release notes, I could find the phrase 'change default databaseTerm from schema to catalog'. (https://github.com/ClickHouse/clickhouse-java/releases)
