Imgui Keybinding window when scrolling, mouse click selects wrong entry

When scrolling, wrong entry is selected

1. Open the ? menu
2. Click Add keybinding
3. scroll for a bit
4. Click something
5. Either: nothing happens OR Wrong entry is selected

Expected:

1. Someting happens ALWAYS. A popup always shows, be it error why I cannot add keybinding or the popup to add a keybinding.
2. When I am adding a keybinding I add it to the right action.

Additional context:
While selecting with mouse doesn't work, selecting with keyboard works fine.
