This is a new prop which integrates instancing from other contracts in the ecosystem (specifically the generator) to provide a secure mechanism to faciliate onNEP11Transfer and onNEP17Transfer as well as other contract calls from instances in the PROPS ecosystem. Abstractly, this prop can be views as a secure interface between instanced contracts in the PROPS ecosystem and other contracts.

The end result should allow generators to procedurally execute routines which include token transfers, NFT minting etc...
