https://api.neoscan.io/api/main_net/v1/get_balance/AVfzeL6oCKdyA2af8LnVu9pZiKyQRHi3H4 reports a balance of 1700 NEX for the requested address but direct balanceOf queries to multiple RPC nodes return a balance of 0 NEX.
