UHF-5532: Fixes issue with 4 cards not fitting side by side on the contact card listing

What was done

• Fix issue with column gap not being calculated to the cards width the way it should have been to make it possible to have four cards on a same row.

How to install

• Make sure your ELO instance is up and running on latest dev branch.
  • git pull origin dev
  • make fresh
• Update the HDBT theme
  • composer require drupal/hdbt:dev-UHF-5532_column_gap_fixes
• Run make drush-cr

How to test

• Test this with ELO instance. Go to page https://www.hel.fi/fi/test-yritykset-ja-tyo/palvelut-startupeille.
• The contact card listing paragraph should now list four cards on the same row instead of three like in the testing currently.
• Check that code follows our standards
