UHF-9500: Fix service list search component styles

What was done

• Remove unused styles and refactor service list search to have styles that make sense and unit-search classes since the design should be same for all these searches.

How to install

• Make sure your Strategia instance is up and running on latest dev branch.
  • git pull origin dev
  • make fresh
• Update the HDBT theme
  • composer require drupal/hdbt:dev-UHF-9500
• Run make drush-cr drush-locale-update drush-cr

How to test

• Go to https://strategia.docker.so/fi/paatoksenteko-ja-hallinto/ota-yhteytta-helsingin-kaupunkiin/neuvontapalvelut and the search there should look similar to all unit searches. You can compare it to the broken one in production here: https://www.hel.fi/fi/paatoksenteko-ja-hallinto/ota-yhteytta-helsingin-kaupunkiin/neuvontapalvelut
