Sphinx automatically creates references for named links, and the name is based on the link text (Apache 2.0, for many of these). If two named references point to different URLs, Sphinx becomes angry. Anonymous refs (suffixed with __ instead of _) solve that problem.
- Many sub-documents were external links to github instead of internal sphinx refs, which runs afoul of mantl#886 and breaks non-html docs. - Reference vagrant docs in platform list. - Remove duplicate platform list to resolve the problem of them being out of sync. - Fix list formatting in bare-metal - Fix unreferenced component doc for Distributive
Most of these are simple redirect fixes to the upstream canonical version of the url (https, www vs not, etc) but a few were actually broken.
