Some issues with page caching or workflow

Steps to reproduce:

• Cloning and building the repo

git clone [email protected]:ChronoBank/ChronoWallet.git
npm install && npm run build

• Running local server

npm run dev

• Opening localhost:8080 - for the first time it says This browser doesn't support Web3. Use browser like Mist or install Metamask.
• Installing MetaMask from http://metamask.io
• Reloading page, getting: To use wallet please connect your address.
• Reloading w/o cache (CTRL+SHIIFT+R), getting: This browser doesn't support Web3. Use browser like Mist or install Metamask. again

You can reproduce 2 last steps and get the same result over and over again reloading w/ and w/o cache.

Browser: Google Chrome Version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit)
Running on:  Linux capitan 4.9.11-gentoo #1 SMP Sun Feb 19 17:49:04 EET 2017 x86_64 Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4590 CPU @ 3.30GHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux

It is an outdated repo

use ChronoMint develop branch insted

all changes in develop will be merged to master at the end of current spirnt at 1st of March
