Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Group Policy Editor is a very helpful tool which isn't present in the home version of windows.

Describe the solution you'd like
Solution is provided with step by step description in the following article - https://m.majorgeeks.com/content/page/enable_group_policy_editor_in_windows_10_home_edition.html

Describe alternatives you've considered
All of the additional/troubleshooting steps are mentioned in the aforementioned article.

Additional context
Sometimes the Group Policy Editor installed by the aforementioned method doesn't do anything meaning the settings aren't applied actually but shown to do so. In that case we'll have to use the following 3rd party open-sourced s/w from GitHub named PolicyPlus - https://github.com/Fleex255/PolicyPlus/releases
