Removes MS Edge when it gets reinstalled by updates. Credit: Techie Jack

This will uninstall edge by changing the region to Ireland and uninstalling edge the changing it back

Edit: The uninstall won't work (#2544 Removing Edge and Microsoft apps doesn't work)

Just out of curiosity, despite already installed, I've tried to install and then uninstall it

Found an existing package already installed. Trying to upgrade the installed package...
No available upgrade found.
