How can I run GUI Harvester on MacOS?

I have a 7 year old 13" MPB that would be perfect as a local network harvester, but the harvester instructions are only for Windows...

I followed the directions up to the point where I need to initialize the CA file in cmd prompt on windows. I don't know what the corresponding commands are on a Mac, but I was not able to guess them in terminal with any success.

Is there a way to initialize the CA File to get it signed by the MAIN key, so I can run a harvester only instance?

If it matters, my main machine is also a Mac.
