[BUG] When an action is cancelled the checkmarx check is not cancelled #195

Describe the bug

When there is an action running to run against checkmarx ast and the action is cancelled the check keeps running in checkmarx

Expected behavior

It should be cancelled as soon the github action stops the cli

Actual behavior

The check keeps running

Steps to reproduce

Start a new github action
When the action is running, cancel it
Confirm that the task is being shown as cancelled in github actions
Go to checkmarx web console and check the scans, it is not getting cancelled
