This Pull Request includes most of the work I've done with the help of @mramato during Google Summer of Code 2013.

The items marked on the roadmap are working and tested, some independent features like extrude need to be implemented before we can claim KML support, if you require more info please ask.

As Andre's GSoC mentor I want to say that he's done a great job getting lots of base KML functionality working in Cesium. Thanks @andre!

Since KML has several features that are not supported by the DataSource layer yet, the plan is to merge this pull request into a kml branch and I'll continue work there. If Andre has any time with his busy school schedule and wants to continue kml work, he'll do it through additional pull requests into that branch. Obviously if anyone else is interested in KML, they are welcome to help out as well. I'll be updating the existing roadmap with some more details about what's left to be done. My goal is for KML support to be in master by the end of the year.
