It got added to the Chrome store, so testing it out with Cesium should be trivial: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/spectorjs/denbgaamihkadbghdceggmchnflmhpmk

Currently, if you have the WebGL Insight Chrome extension installed, it needs to be disabled for Spector to work.
