We should bring back drag-and-drop KML (and KMZ) in Cesium Viewer, just like drag-and-drop CZML. Many potential Cesium users already have KML files, and seeing their KML in Cesium with no barrier-to-entry really helps adoption. Right now, they have to download the converter, build it, run it, and then drag-and-drop the CZML. This does not make for an exciting demo.
Partially related to #12 in czml-writer since this needs a web service.
