Part of #1197
Currently, linchpin does not test rhel7 in integration tests
Describe the solution you'd like
we would like linchpin tests to be running on rhel7.

@samvarankashyap Is this still something we're planning on doing? If so, I'll pick it up (along with #1489)

It seems like the ubi image requires a Red Hat subscription, so we're going to put this on the back burner until we work out the new CI architecture. Right now we claim that linchpin probably works on RHEL since it's tested on CentOS7 (and CentOS8 once #1595 is merged)
