spotify_appkey.key - 404

First of all - awesome module!

Second and much more sadly it seems that Spotify change again the way to receive the spotify_appkey-key file. The link to the form to get key resolves 404 - Page not found.
I tried to find a way or maybe a download in the new developer console but so far no luck. All what you can get is the client id and the client secret.

Is there any way to use them to create a key file?
Anyone ideas?
