Sync Outside Target in xrelease with wrong results

The latest xrelease shows 548,202 names with the issue "Sync Outside Target" , however many of them don't have that problem. For example:
The Genus Arthrolobium Rchb. was merged under Fabaceae, as it is in it's original source Brazilian Flora 2020 project

This wrong results are hiding the true errors like:
Abathescalpellum fissum (Hoek, 1907) is merged under the family Scalpellidae, while in the original source this genus is under the subfamily Meroscalpellinae.
