As part of first approach to enabling batch actions on experiments, this task is to:

Look at other A/B testing tools to see how batch actions are represented in the UI
Create an initial figma design for deleting selected items (e.g., feature flags or experiments). Figma should be within the new UpGrade UI design, not the old UI.
