e.g "5.0.9"

Describe the bug
There is latency issues in QA due to the MDPLogCount query for within subjects experiment in assign call.

Expected behavior
Firstly, we need to call this MDPLogCount query for only within subjects experiment. Also, we need to optimize the query to reduce the response time.
