There are syntax errors when creating tables in the database related to AUTOINCREMENT

[CanaryMod] [ERROR]: Error creating SQLite table 'ban'
net.canarymod.database.exceptions.DatabaseWriteException: Error creating SQLite table 'ban'
...
Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: [SQLITE_ERROR] SQL error or missing database (near "AUTOINCREMENT": syntax error)

In SQLite, auto increment is only valid on primary (integer) columns: https://www.sqlite.org/syntax/column-constraint.html
By the looks of it, you're missing the primary keyword.
