Refined Cobalt missing in "ID: 1729816134 Refined Metals Usable As Raw Metals" #170

The mod works fine, it's just the refined cobalt, that's missing from the list of available building materials for buildings. Thanks!

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Base Building Menu'
Click on 'Pneumatic Door'
Scroll down to 'Chose Metal'
See, there's no option for refined cobalt.

Expected behavior
Refined Cobalt should be available as building material like refined gold or copper.

Additional context
When all you have is a load of cobalt volcanos, you're in a bit of a pickle ;-)
