For project tour - add conditional logic so that based upon user's current login, can direct them to sign in as demo user if necessary.

I believe this can be done with new feature in inlinemanual and doesn't have any code changes for the platform.

Received confirmation from inlinemanual that I can't use user segmentation within a topic for logic. I'm going to close this and leave the "sign in as guest" button for now. Ideally we would be able to hide the sign in button for currently logged in users. This walkthrough is in the process of being reworked by @bethschechter so potentially this won't be an issue.
