Spend some time on proper font-sizes, alignment tweaks, etc. for responsive layouts.

Adder user icon for small screens when user name isn't displayed. Adjusted dropdown menu left so doesn't overflow right.

Adjusted search box to not conflict with add button. Reduced tab font-size to prevent overlapping on xs screens. Hid connections column on xs and sm screens.
