Project Dashboard - Add project stats #1530

This is placeholder to think about relevant stats that could be added to the project dashboard and organization dashboard that would provide value.

Some initial thoughts -

Percent increase in number of locations added
Percent of locations that cover the area compared to the whole project extent
Others?

These could be included in stats boxes on dashboard or new graphs could be created depending on the content.

Some ideas:

Last updated timestamp
Last month activity: number of new locations/parties/resources, and new area covered (or even a graph showing last week/month/quarter/year activity?)
Most active data contributors (maybe also a graph)?
