Project extent is exported in shp file

Steps to reproduce the error

(follow-up from #1431, thanks @SteadyCadence)

1. Export project data to shapefile

Actual behavior

• project extent is exported in the shapefile (http://arcg.is/zrS5O)

Expected behavior

• project extent should not be included in the shapefile.

Feedback from @oliverroick. Probably the issue was cause because there was an incorrect location type (Project Extent), but not the actual project boundary.

Please, reopen if needed.
