This results in an empty Group. We could replace this by Network with IP 0.0.0.0/0. Or do more research if we can resolve these objects

Make this configurable via Settings - Importer: either make this an empty group (as is) or switch to any-network.
Need to decide, how to deal with the situation where this setting is changed after data has been imported.

We should give Updateable Objects their own object_type_id
