Login form not centered / responsive

Describe the bug
It seems that the login form is not complete centered and not fully responsive due to the .centered-div class and logo fixed size

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'login' page
2. use the dev tools and use the responsiveness view

Expected behavior
login form is centered and responsive for mobile view
