Describe the bug

When trying to submit file and backend is not reachable, frontend replies with "Error: undefined"

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to newdraft page
  2. Submit file

Expected behavior

Expected some description about how backend server is not reachable (maybe something really useful for user).
