Currently we are only able to read double digits into the database. Fix this problem so that we can have a more usable scale

Aim is to go up to 200kg and down to 0kg

Test the code and the scale in a real time enviorment to modify see how data returns

We would want the scale to be tracked in grams and only update when a fruit has been removed/added to the scale .
