The results table bottom panel and the text document in the right panel are not resizeable

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a node that will create some results. E.g., a dictionary with the words revenue, revenues
2. Run it on a document that contains those words.
3. Attempt to drag down the table results panel to minimize it. The results panel now occupies more than half the screen, thereby reducing the canvas size.

Acceptance criteria:

• Result table is resizeable (drag up or down)
• The document text viewer to the right is resizeable (drag left/right)
• Both viewers are minimizable/restore-able and closeable (if the panel is closed, the next time the user clicks Run the panel should be open)
