Node Rename is Not Reflecting

When trying to rename a node, the new name doesn't get saved even after clicking the "Save" button. This error typically occurs after working on the canvas for some time (building and running few nodes). The error occurs in scenarios when the name is being changed right when a new node is brought into the canvas and when trying to change the name after running that node.

Steps to reproduce error:

1. Build a few nodes and run
2. Build a new node
3. Run the node
4. Go back to the node and edit the title
5. Click Save

Most of the time, after this is done, the new name does not appear on the canvas.
