After #69 is complete, we should add CMinx to docs/requirements.txt. By being able to pull CMinx from PIP, we can then use the CMakePP organization workflow for deploying the documentation. Right now we have a CMinx-specific deployment workflow because it includes steps to install CMinx from source.
