User Story:
As a professor, I want to be able to see TA availability so that I can easily schedule tasks with course staff.

Justification:
This feature would allow professors to streamline the process of assigning tasks to course staff without the need for using multiple platforms such as Google Calendar, WhenToMeet, and Slack.
