Thanks for providing the excellent multi band EPI sequence. It is so fantastic to have a super flexible EPI sequence which can do most of the things I desire.
Yesterday I tried the 3D option in the multi band sequence and managed to set it up with 3 slabs of 14 slices acquired with an enplane acceleration of 3 and a Accel. factor 3D also of 3.
The SNR in the images look decent, but I have to issues.
If I try to save Magn./Phase I get a reconstruction error (see attached screen shot
There seems to be some "leakage" between slabs when 3D acceleration is used. Decreasing the slice overlap factor to -50% removes the problem, but introduces significant signal loss in the slices at the boarder of the slab. Increasing the slice oversampling up to 100 % does not help.3.
Do you have any tips I can try out, to solve these two issues?
Best regards
Torben

I will look into the magn/phas issue, the reconstruction should not fail. As for the artifacts, I don't know that anything is "wrong", it may just be that the protocol you are attempting is not feasible at 3T with that coil.
