Few suggestions

1. It would be nice if we can have a separate customizable template for TIP instead of changing the code directly.
2. For slack connector. Not sure if it's possible but currently it uses the slack member id. It would be easier if users can use the display name such as @dsmith or perhaps their email name [email protected]. As slack memberid isn't really memorable and is just some arbitrary string.
