This is currently a wiki page: https://github.com/CIDARLAB/clotho3/wiki/Installing-Clotho-3.0

This however talks about running Clotho Test Environment. We should have one comprehensive Install.md or Run.md file which talks about:

Running Clotho in Production Environment
Running Clotho in Test Environment
Running Clotho in Authoring Environment
Running Clotho in Broad Environment
Running Clotho via Netbeans (or any other IDE) vs Command Line
Explain the .clothoconfig file
Considerations for different OS (if any)
Explain the authorization and authentication features that have been enabled/disabled in each Environment
