Building a napari plugin for the detection and tracking

While having scripts to perform detection, tracking and quantification, graphical interface can be useful for the end users.

napari provides a way to "easiliy" do so.

Developing a napari plugin that encompass your proposed code would be really useful to the community in general

Difficulties

  • writting plugins could be a bit novel and therefore difficult
