User story

As a ReportStream website visitor, I want a helpful 404 page when I visit the website with an unsupported browser, so that I can troubleshoot how to access the ReportStream website.

Background & context

The frontend team built a 404 page that the website redirects unsupported browsers to. This ticket captures the opportunity to update the content.
