Just because the API requires ISO-formatted dates doesn't mean we should make people type them all the time. Instead of:

openstack esi offer list --availability 2024-12-18T13:00 2024-12-25T00:00

I would rather write:

openstack esi offer list --availability now '1 week'

Or:

openstack esi lease update --end-time '2 weeks'
