File of Files for CAMISIM

To improve documentation, simplify usage and increase understanding of code, we should create a file of files for all scripts, defaults and tools provided within CAMISIM

We agreed that @AlphaSquad will list and document the core scripts, i.e. the most important steps in CAMISIM, but exclude legacy scripts that are no longer supported (or play only a marginal role by now). It's obvious that CAMISIM is a grown system and has some rough edges, but it gets the job done, was extensively tested, and can be installed by users – let's pragmatically move on.
