Fixed Talk-to-ChatGPT to work again

Hey All,
I found out how to get it working again.
Yoiu'll need to uninstall it and download the chrome-extension zip to manually reinstall.

Before you do that though, unzip the file then open manifest.json in notepad.
Find the line where it is looking for the match to the website and change the text from chat.openai.com to chatgpt.com

Then go to chrome, manage extension,s make sure dev mode is enabled on the right, then unpack and install the progam from the unzipped directory, viola. Fixed

I appears the chrome extension webpage for "Talk-to-ChatGPT" was taken down for the time being. Hopefully by the author and not for another reason. In the meantime, does anyone have the extension in the place that can be downloaded manually?

uhh I tried it and I saw the link was already to the current chatgpt.com so i installed and it didn't worked I tried changing to to older one and then writing without https and 3-4 more different ways and coming back to original but still didn't worked :(

This was working until GPT4o update.
Now, is not. Speech2Text doesn't submit and Text2Speech doesn't work,

Hello everyone,
IDW if this is the right place but the main thing here is to change 2 main Jquery selectors and THAT's it.
1- CN_CURRENT_MESSAGE = jQuery("[class*='group/conversation-turn']").last();
2- jQuery("#prompt-textarea").closest("div").next("button").click();

With both of them that's all :-)
I will make some time tomorrow to make sure this is pushed but if you can check on them you might get it working.

I tried and a dialog box or popup came...

chatgpt.com says
TALK-TO-CHATGPT - COMPATIBILITY INFO - PLEASE NOTE:

1. This extension will only work properly in Google Chrome Desktop or Microsoft Edge Desktop. It will NOT work on Brave, Opera, or mobile browsers. That's because it requires specific APIs/ mechanisms which are NOT available in most browsers, (including Chromium-based browsers such as Brave or Opera!).
2. You may need to tweak the settings and select the proper language and options to obtain the desired result.
