nflvid-footage wants to pass the option -timeout 120 to ffmpeg, but mine doesn't support it. When I change ffmpeg, lots of things tend to break, so I'd be happier if nflvid could autoconfigurate to avoid using unsupported options...

If you want a patch for this I could try to write one, but I don't know the infrastructure.
