Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create an app
  2. Create MySQL database
  3. Navigate to Relationships in MySQL
  4. Click Define relationships and fill in the details
  5. Click Save
    Expected: Relationship defined successfully with a toast message
    Actual: Unable to define the relationship with error message "Error creating datasource: Error: Unable to connect"
