Keep KDE Plasma Global Menu Patch on New 6.5.X release

Just checkout the 6.5.X Beta everything looks good just noticed lack of KDE Plasma Global Menu,

Please do not drop Global Menu support for KDE Plasma from the upcoming release of 6.5.X.. That is the one of Key reasons of me not migrating to any other browser since last 4 years.. Waterfox is the only browser right now with Global Menu Support and its a huge UI help.

It works on 6.5.x, just need to launch in X11 mode. Mozilla started adding support for that also => https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1419151#c56, so in the future it will work at Wayland and without patching.
