BIP007: Payments processing

Monthly membership fee is an obligation defined in #1 but there was confusion about official ways of how to pay it. To make payments easier for members, I propose using general payment terminal for all Bordel related expenses which can be found at http://bordelodufi2imjfickpgwlwpxlkbdmrqz7p663vz6ept3djipid6uad.onion/btcpay/

Currently, server is onion only and considered as pseudoanonymous. Btcpay settings and graphics are open for discussion. Amounts lower than 5k sats are lightning only. Also please consider opening channel to receiver's lightning node:

For old school onchainers, payjoin is enabled, feel free to use it! Try wallets compatible with Btcpay's P2EP implementation like Wasabi or Bluewallet.

Only missing piece is to actually pair the payments with members :D

This can be done quite easily, just let me know you paid at ~what time.
