Migration from old boostnote is a nightmare

I am changing from a linux computer to a Mac, and I've spent way too much time trying to figure out how to migrate my notes (on cson format) to the new app. Impossible to upload them to the web app. Impossible to just transfer them via external hard drive to the new app because the tutorial shows buttons that simply aren't available in the new app, like choosing to have a local workspace and having a button in a section called "Import Notes from Legacy Bootsnote". I have taken very careful notes for a couple of years that I just can't lose, can you please publish a clear, easy to follow, veritable guide for migrating to the new app?

This is mostly due to local space and cloud space being separated,

And I think in the latest local space there is a bug so there is no legacy import section, see here for more info: BoostIO/BoostNote.next-local#53

I'll try to release the fixed version soon so that the tutorial be valid for the latest local space app.
